About Me
I am a qualified careers teacher who in 2022 left my leadership role in a multi academy trust, to start my own business offering careers consultancy services to the education sector.
I am a passionate champion of entrepreneurs and the development of our future workforce, through academic and vocational studies and the hidden curriculum. I am an advocate of change and the opportunities it can bring individuals, a cheerleader for the North East and the opportunities that are for available in the region.
Raising the aspirations of those around me has been the sole driver over the past 25 years. I have worked across the whole of the education system, ranging from secondary and primary to further education, youth offenders and Soldiers and Offficers and also oversea learners.
I have also works closely with examination boards, writing examination papers which are sat across the UK. I am also completing research for Health Education England, Tyne Coast College and Sunderland University on skills gaps analysis of the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
My biggest passion is careers and entrepreneurship.
