About Me

Are you looking for some career direction? I have been a career coach working with adults for the last 5 years, and previously ran a recruitment business for 20 years, supporting marketing, sales, IT, accounts, and administration roles. This has given me the opportunity to work with both large and small businesses and help many clients into fulfilling roles. When training to become a career coach I went through my own career change, with all that this brings—including soul searching, research, and building a network to help define my purpose. Because of this, I understand first-hand the challenges and opportunities that come with making a change, whether it’s returning to work, redundancy, finding your first role, or simply recognising that it’s time for something new. Since my own transition, I have qualified at Level 6 in Career Guidance and Development and already hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Management. My particular interests lie in helping people redefine their goals and purpose as well as working with neurodiverse clients to unlock their strengths and find environments where they can thrive. I have experience working with both individual career changers and in outplacement work for organisations, so I can bring both perspectives to our conversations.
