About Me

I am a qualified and experienced career development practitioner specialising in supporting adults who are furthest from the labour market. My work focuses on helping individuals facing multiple barriers — including those in recovery, veterans, and people with care experience — to rebuild their confidence, develop employability skills, and achieve sustainable employment. Drawing on trauma-informed practice, I provide a safe and structured environment where clients can explore their potential, identify transferable strengths, and create career pathways. The quality and depth of the support I provide ensure that clients not only enter employment but also develop the resilience and career management skills needed to remain in work and progress. Access to professional, qualified, and experienced career coaching is rarely available to adults aged 18 and over. My practice is dedicated to changing that — offering the same standard of guidance and professional integrity that young people and professionals would expect, to those who need it most.
