About Me

I am a registered career development professional (RCDP) who helps pupils to explore, review, and progress their career ideas through high-quality career guidance. I am a level 7 qualified careers adviser who is passionate about supporting and enabling individuals to consider and plan their careers, where they are encouraged to think deeply and be responsible for their own decision making. I am confident in delivering one-to-one interviews, groupwork, and careers events to meet each school's and pupil's needs, using a non-judgemental and client centred approach. With 20 years' teaching experience and an enthusiasm for careers work, I can apply a broad skillset to plan and facilitate engaging groupwork and assemblies that inspire and support informed career choices. I am a reflective practitioner who will listen and help students to seek clarity in their aims for the future.
