About Me

Masters qualified Career Management professional (MA Career Management and Qualification in Careers Guidance), Career Development Institute Registered Professional (RCDP).

I specialise in supporting school age pupils with careers and universities decisions and applications. I have 7 years experience working in schools, for 5 years as Head of Careers and Universities Guidance in leading independent schools. 

I am experienced at leading higher education and careers provision and developing careers programmes rooted in current best practice, aimed at helping students be career aware and career ready. I am skilled in student-centred one-to-one and group guidance. An exceptional knowledge of UK and international universities, courses and requirements enables me to give expert but personalised support to students as they make higher education choices. 

My work benefits from a background in chartered accountancy and management consultancy with KPMG and PwC in London and Hong Kong. I gained experience in a wide range of business sectors in roles that required a deep understanding of an organisation's people and processes, specialising in process improvement, business analysis and project management.
