Bella is a nationally Certified (Canada) and Registered (CDI, UK) Career Transition Coach who brings extensive experience in helping people make successful career management decisions and develop winning job search strategies. A highly skilled careers enthusiast, she has provided services internationally, working in the UK, the UAE and since 2012, for Clients in Canada. Currently based in the UK, she is working remotely for a Canadian HR Consultancy in Toronto, providing Outplacement services. CDP Advocacy Work Bella is the Co-Architect of the global #SoMuchMoreThanTalkingAboutJobs campaign, which had a reach of 3.2 million hits in 2025. The campaign aims to raise awareness of the role of CDPs for professional allies and the public.
