About Me

Retired Vice Principal and Founder of TimelyAdvice Ltd, supporting over 10,000 young people across Northamptonshire since 2012. I am passionate about guiding students to sustainable career pathways, We specialize in careers education, advice, and guidance from Year 7 through post‑18, including support for those with special educational needs. At TimelyAdvice Ltd, our mission is to ensure that every young person receives the "Right Advice at the Right Time" to achieve a sustainable future. We believe all young people possess transferable skills that, when identified and nurtured, unlock their full potential. Through careers education, guidance, and practical support, we work alongside students, parents, teachers, and employers to create clear pathways from school to further education, apprenticeships, or employment. Our determination means we never give up — supporting each student until they secure a suitable destination. Partnering with schools, parents, and employers, delivering practical solutions from NEET prevention to UCAS , further education and apprenticeship applications. We have worked to help schools meet the Gatsby Benchmarks, ensuring every young person receives “The Right Advice at the Right Time.” Thus strengthening careers provision across Northamptonshire and the East Midlands.
