About Me

Guiding, coaching and preparing students and adults to define their pathways in life - to identify and realize their ambitions and unlock their true future potential. Motivating and empowering people to own their own futures.

I work on a one-to-one or a group basis with families or in businesses, schools and universities all around the world, delivering an individualized coaching service in which I:

• Unlock teamworking potential
• Give insights to an individual’s innate leadership style
• Develop practical employability skills
• Create personal development plans

I have a genuine passion to make a difference to peoples’ lives by narrowing the gap between education and the world of work, and the gap between traditional roles and new types of jobs. I aim to inspire people to recognize the importance of a healthy work/life balance. This will be key to their future well-being, success and strong mental health. I also like to make the sessions as fun, inter-active and engaging as possible.

As a member of the Career Development Institute, with 17 years’ as a Headteacher and as a Planning Director in marketing and communications, I bring a wealth of experience, understanding and knowledge of education and business.
