Having had a c.20 year career in management consulting and technology I am going through my own transition - pivoting my career to look at how changes in life, work and the world in general can thrust us, sometimes unwittingly into the state of transition - and how to navigate this period of uncertainty.I adopt a person-centred approach and have an interest in how somatic, narrative and trauma-informed coaching can enrich my practice.
