About Me

My name is Alex, I have a background in mental health, careers guidance and youth work. I have previously specialised working with targeted demographics (such as LGBTQ+ people, care leavers, those at risk of offending, those who are trying to find their feet again after some time in hospital - to name a few).
I am currently primarily working with university students (both younger students and mature learners) - and feel strongly that everyone should feel they have opportunities in their future. Career is one way to access this. I combine a Careers Guidance and Mental Health approach to help people feel prepared for their next steps.
Accessibility is key to allow any good work to take place, as such - whilst I am primarily available for online/telephone work - I am willing to travel to clients in the Hertfordshire area to complete work.
