As a Level 6 qualified careers adviser working for FutureSmart Careers, I work with state, independent and SEND schools providing careers guidance programmes including individual guidance sessions, assemblies, workshops and supporting parents' evenings and careers fairs.FutureSmart Careers is an affiliate member of the CDI, Matrix accredited and is committed to delivering impartial and tailored high quality careers guidance services to young people in schools and colleges. The student journey is at the heart of the company ethos to provide young people with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to make confident and well-informed decisions about their future.
