About Me

I’m a passionate educator, researcher, and career development professional who believes that every learner deserves equitable access to the tools and insights that shape a fulfilling career.

With a PhD in Information Science (Knowledge Management) and an MA in Career Development from Nottingham Trent University (UK), I’ve spent my career helping students, professionals, and institutions turn knowledge into empowerment. From mentoring university students and developing inclusive employability programmes to supporting small businesses through tacit knowledge strategies, my work sits at the intersection of research, learning, and real-world impact.

Currently, I serve as a Career Coach at DePauw University (USA), where I use labour market data, knowledge management principles, and personalised coaching to help students connect their academic experience with meaningful career pathways. Before that, I was an Employability Project Officer at Nottingham Trent University, creating resources and programmes that made career services more inclusive, accessible, and evidence-based.

I’m also an active researcher and published author in the fields of knowledge management, library science, and employability education, with a strong interest in how digital transformation and inclusive design can enhance career development services.

At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: career guidance should not only prepare people for work—it should inspire them to grow, contribute, and lead change.
