About Me

I have over a decade's experience in education, with a host of diverse roles and experiences to draw on. I have been a teacher, a Careers Leader, a Careers Leader trainer at Teach First, led the delivery of the occupational progression maps at IfATE, and led on Apprenticeships and Technical Education and Provider Access Legislation programmes at the Careers and Enterprise Company.

I have a proven record of both national and local impact across the careers education space, and my policies and programmes have shaped the direction of careers education in England.

I am passionate about inclusive practice, and I am developing specialist expertise in supporting adults with ADHD to navigate career transitions and the world of work. My approach is practical, strengths-based and person-centred - I help clients identify what works for them and guide them to build careers that reflect their personal values, interests and energy.

My goal is to make high-quality careers guidance and careers programmes that are accessible and relevant to everyone, whatever their background or starting point.
