About Me

I’m Abigail, a qualified careers coach offering careers coaching, education and consultancy services across London, Surrey and remotely. I have over 10 years of experience supporting students and professionals at every stage of their careers. My coaching approach is client-centred, focusing on each individual’s values and strengths to help them pursue meaningful and fulfilling futures. I take a holistic approach to career development, recognising that our work and wider lives are deeply connected.

For the past six years, I have worked as a Careers Consultant at the University of Westminster. Alongside this role, I now work with individuals and organisations on a freelance basis, offering personalised career coaching and consultancy.

I am a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) with the Career Development Institute (CDI) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Development and Coaching from the University of Warwick, awarded with distinction.

I am a Morrisby-accredited practitioner. Morrisby combines proven psychometrics with technology built to put great guidance in front of individuals, giving everyone a personalised picture of their strengths and potential. If you are a school or college aged student who is unsure about your future education and career options, Morrisby could help guide these ideas. This test is also suitable for experienced professionals seeking a career change. For clients I can offer access to the tests and follow-up careers consultation to interpret the results and discuss education and/or career options.

BA (hons) History and English, Loughborough University (2:1)
I am currently an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and working towards the Fellowship (Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education).
