About Me

I’m Abigail, a qualified careers coach based in London. I have over 10 years of experience supporting students and professionals at every stage of their careers. My coaching approach is client-centred, focusing on each individual’s values and strengths to help them pursue meaningful and fulfilling futures. I take a holistic approach to career development, recognising that our work and wider lives are deeply connected.

For the past six years, I have worked as a Careers Consultant at the University of Westminster. Alongside this role, I now work with individuals and organisations on a freelance basis, offering personalised career coaching and consultancy.

I am a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) with the Career Development Institute (CDI) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Development and Coaching from the University of Warwick, awarded with distinction.

My academic background also includes:
MA in Fashion Marketing and Communication, Nottingham Trent University (Distinction)
BA in History and English, Loughborough University (2:1)
I am currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education with Advance HE.
