Toolkit unlocking women’s leadership in Wales
The toolkit responds to evidence highlighted by CBI Wales showing that women remain under‑represented in leadership positions, despite the economic and organisational benefits of gender‑balanced leadership. It aims to address barriers such as limited access to networks, confidence gaps and uneven progression routes by offering accessible, practical support for both individuals and employers.
This toolkit provides a valuable signposting resource for women seeking to advance their careers, return to work or transition into leadership roles. It also aligns with wider Welsh Government priorities on fair work, inclusive growth and improving workforce participation.
