Toolkit unlocking women’s leadership in Wales
CBI Wales and the University of South Wales have launched a Women’s Leadership Toolkit designed to support women across Wales to progress into senior roles. The resource brings together practical guidance, case studies, self‑assessment tools and links to mentoring and development opportunities.
The toolkit responds to evidence highlighted by CBI Wales showing that women remain under‑represented in leadership positions, despite the economic and organisational benefits of gender‑balanced leadership. It aims to address barriers such as limited access to networks, confidence gaps and uneven progression routes by offering accessible, practical support for both individuals and employers.
