Skills England launches new Expert network on 8th Sept
The CDI is a member of the new Skills England Expert Network that launches on 8th September.
The Expert Network has been set up by Skills England to make it easier for organisations and individuals to be involved in their work, with opportunities to take part in specific activities that relate most closely to their expertise.
It also aims to create space for experts from different areas of the skills system to work together and share insights on challenges and improvements. Activities could include taking part in occupational groups, insight groups, regular briefings and consultations.
The Expert Network will be the main route for Skills England to engage stakeholders, including employers. The CDI has signed up as a member of the Expert network to represent the profession and support the ongoing development of the skills system. We will update with news as the network progresses.
