OECD launches graphical dashboard of career readiness
The OECD has launched a dashboard that graphical presents the data from their 2022 survey of young people’s career readiness. This was undertaken as part of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) programme.
It looks at teenagers’ occupation expectations in relation to job markets, engagement in career learning activities, career thinking and career attitudes. The data is linked to predictors of employment outcomes on a country-by-country basis and split by gender and socioeconomic status.
The dashboard will be of value to researchers and policy makers working on career development.
