Nuffield offering funding to evaluate support for young people
The Nuffield Foundation are offering grants of up to £500k to programmes to support 16-24-year-olds into work.
The aim of the grants is to build the evidence base for effective support for young people who face barriers to work. It is looking at ways they can gain essential employment skills and from there move into work.
The fund will support the delivery costs of programmes where other funding isn’t available, but with a focus on funding the evaluation costs of programmes to build the evidence base.
The fund will also consider grants to projects that share learning or develop approaches to measuring essential employment skills.
The fund anticipates applications from partnerships of front-line delivery organisations and evaluation organisations.
Applications for the fund close on 10th December.
