NI Graduate Recruitment Fair returns on 2 June 2026
This year's fair is sponsored by Bank of America, ahead of the bank opening its new Belfast office in April 2026. The fair continues to attract graduates not only from Ulster and Queen's but also from those returning to Northern Ireland after studying elsewhere in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland, a useful signal of how strongly the local graduate labour market continues to develop.
Ahead of the fair, Queen's is running a two-day Career Launch workshop on 25 and 26 May 2026 to help students prepare. The workshop covers how to navigate the fair, approach employers and make a strong first impression, and is open to Queen's students and recent graduates by application. Together, the two events offer a useful structure for graduates moving from study into the labour market.
For CDI members working with school leavers, undergraduates, returners and adult guidance clients alike, the fair is a practical signposting opportunity. It offers a tangible way to broaden client awareness of NI-based graduate roles including in sectors such as financial services, law, technology, engineering and the public sector and to support discussions about progression after undergraduate study.
