NHS Careers Events Across South Wales for National Careers Week 2026

Careers Wales, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, local authorities and the Department for Work and Pensions are collaborating to deliver three major NHS careers events across South Wales in early March as part of National Careers Week 2026. The events aim to raise awareness of the wide range of roles available within the NHS and highlight current vacancies and training routes.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet NHS staff, explore apprenticeships and learn about pathways into clinical and non‑clinical roles. The initiative responds to ongoing recruitment needs across the Welsh NHS and supports efforts to attract more young people and adults into health and social care careers.

Careers Wales advisers will be on hand to provide guidance and help individuals understand the qualifications and skills required for different roles.
