New Careers Wales appointment booking system widens access to career guidance
Careers Wales has launched an online system for Welsh residents to book appointments with Careers Wales Advisers. This enables students to access digital career guidance more easily, while unemployed, employed, and self-employed customers can also arrange face-to-face appointments.
The system improves customer access to guidance, offering them control of the scheduling, format, and language of each session. By seeking key information on the form, the support provided can be tailored more towards the needs of the individual, including arranging for a meeting in Welsh, English or other language.
