Local businesses inspire Cardiff PRU pupils
Employers from a range of sectors engaged directly with pupils, offering practical insights into the world of work and highlighting the skills needed for different roles. The sessions provided valuable exposure to workplace expectations and encouraged pupils to think positively about their next steps in education, training or employment.
By connecting learners with local businesses, the programme supports Careers Wales’ mission to ensure all young people, including those in alternative education settings, have access to meaningful career guidance and opportunities.
