Green Guidance – NICE Academy 16-19 September 2026
The Network for Innovation in Career Guidance and Counselling in Europe (NICE) has announced that their Academy for 2026 will be held in Athens from 16th to 19th September, and the theme is Green Guidance: Interpretations and implications.
NICE is a network of over 250 people from 40 countries, involved in the academic training of career development professionals.
The Academy explores the environmental and social justice issues that career development professionals ought to consider in the development of careers. It will look at how connections to the natural environment can enhance commitment to professions with an ecological and social impact.
Social justice can address inequalities and encourage fair participation and integration that into career development can improve personal wellbeing, and lead to careers that are adaptable, responsible, and sustainable.
