The Gatsby Foundation has released their annual analysis of T Level students' destinations. This report presents an analysis of the destinations of the third cohort of T Level students, who completed their programme of study in 2024. The purpose of this research is to provide further insight into the different progression pathways of T Level students following the completion of their qualification, and follows the previous analyses conducted for students completing a T Level in summer 2022 and 2023.

The report identifies student destinations per T Level, including details on whether they progressed to employment, an apprenticeship, higher education or another outcome.

• 91% of students progressed to education, employment or training following their T Level
• 89% of students progressed to employment, higher education, or an apprenticeship
• 43% of students progressed to higher education (levels 4-6)
