CDI Northern Ireland

Finneen Bradley joined as the first CDI Northern Ireland Associate on 1st April 2026. An award-winning careers professional with over 20 years’ experience in career development, careers guidance, employability and talent development, Finneen has worked across Northern Ireland, initially within North West Regional College and more recently through her own careers’ organisation.

She is the Founding Director of Finnesse Careers and Empowerment C.I.C., a social enterprise focused on empowering individuals through career development, confidence building and skills awareness. Through her work, Finneen has supported schools, communities, and organisations to strengthen career pathways and raise aspirations. She is also the founder of WonderLeap, an innovative EdTech platform designed to introduce early careers exploration to primary school children through immersive and interactive learning experiences.

In her role as CDI Northern Ireland Associate, Finneen will lead on developing and strengthening the careers community across the region. Her activities will include organising and running the CDI Northern Ireland LinkedIn group, establishing a Northern Ireland career development forum, and supporting and representing CDI members.

Finneen is passionate about ensuring that careers education is inclusive, accessible, and impactful, particularly in supporting individuals to recognise their strengths and navigate their future with confidence.
