Affiliate membership update

Following a review of our membership structure, we will be merging the School Affiliate and Organisational Affiliate memberships into a single Affiliate Membership from January 2026, priced at £190.

This change will not affect current affiliate organisation members.

This means the current School Affiliate Membership will no longer exist, and your membership will transition to the new Affiliate Membership. This revised membership includes full access for one nominated representative from your school, who will receive all membership benefits. Additional staff will still be able to attend CDI conferences at discounted member rates. View all affiliate member benefits here.

We understand that this change may not suit every organisation. If preferred, you have the option to switch to Individual Membership for members of your team, priced at £120. This may be a more suitable choice for schools with a single careers lead or practitioner. 

We also recognise the financial pressures many schools are facing, which is why we’re committing to keeping this price fixed until at least January 2028.  

These changes reflect our ongoing investment in supporting career development professionals and strengthening the sector across all educational settings.
