Career Seekers Direct are a Matrix Standard accredited organisation and our mission is to raise aspirations, develop skills and make valuable connections. We are a Licensed Awarding Body for the national Quality in Careers Standard and a Skills Builder Partner. We deliver CEIAG, career coaching and skills development services.  We partner with:

• Schools and colleges to deliver CEIAG and Alternative Provision services.
• Local authorities to help them find work and develop their skills.
  
  

Our team have many years’ experience across a wide range of industries and are L6 / L7 professional careers advisers, career coaches and learning and development professionals.

We have designed and deliver a bespoke suite of industry informed training programmes and career resources including a Digital Careers Platform.
