Sabiha and Chris return for new series, exploring some of the key issues affecting the career development profession and celebrating the brilliant work undertaken by careers professionals both in and outside the sector! In the first episode of Series 4, Sabiha and Chris welcome Dr. Lyn Barham, CDI and NICEC Research Fellow to explore what makes a 'Green Job' and how this connects to our work as careers professionals - if you've enjoyed the CDI's recent content on Green Guidance, this is a great opportunity to take the conversation further!

Episode 3 - The CDI National Conference 2021
