Using VR as a careers resource: A case study

Join Tariq Sadiq RCDP to find out how virtual reality (VR) technology has been used to enhance careers education at a sixth form college in Cambridge.

Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge has been using Virtual Reality headsets to give students access to resources linked to subjects, and software aimed at improving employability skills.  It has also partnered with employers to create its own VR experiences of workplaces. This session will explain how this resource was secured and used, as well as the pros and cons of using this technology.
