Careers practitioners, regardless of their client group, will need to support individuals to navigate the impact of automation and AI and the widening inequalities these changes could create amongst the working population. This webinar will provide an overview of how automation and AI are impacting occupations, sectors, skills and different groups within the labour market; it will also attempt to bust some of the myths that surround this topic.

Trainer Biography

Helen Janota is a careers and labour market information consultant with over 25 years’ experience in the careers sector. A Chartered Information Professional and Registered Career Development Professional, Helen provides a range of CPD training and consultancy services for careers and education practitioners across the UK. She is treasurer of the Careers Writer’s Association and has written and developed a wide variety of CEIAG resources and guides on local labour markets including for the National Careers Service.
