This interactive session will allow CDI members chance to feedback regarding their CPD needs, and what they would like to see more of in our new Training and CPD programme.

CPD Theme: Evidence-based practice

Join the CDI's Senior Professional Development and Standards Manager Oliver Jenkin, and Head of Professional Development and Standards Sue Alder, to have a chance to share with us your views about our new Training and CPD programme. This will be a very interactive session, reviewing what we have delivered to date, and allowing attendees the chance to help us shape a truly responsive programme that will meet the developing professional needs of all career development professionals.
