CDI Scotland Student Conference 2026: Giving meaning to careers

Join us for the CDI Scotland Student conference, The theme for this year is 'giving meaning in careers'.

Free for QCD students, select SDS staff and CDI members in Scotland.
The CDI Scotland Student Conference, delivered in partnership with the University of the West of Scotland and Edinburgh Napier University, brings together postgraduates who are training to become career development practitioners with academics and professionals in the field. It offers a unique opportunity to explore the vital links between research and practice. The theme for this year is 'giving meaning in careers'.

Why attend?
The event builds on and amalgamates the CDI Student Conference Scotland and the UWS/ENU Research Symposium and offers a broad CPD opportunity for select practitioners in the sector in Scotland.  

The event is free for QCD students, select SDS staff and CDI members in Scotland. Please note: If you are fully qualified and work for Skills Development Scotland please check with your employer before booking.
