✳My Background/Experience
💠Born in the UK, I served in the British Army & worked in Saudi Arabia. Back in the UK, I ran my own business, I was involved in sales, security & agency work
💠I emigrated to Oman 27yrs ago to work in Higher Education & I still reside here
💠I mentored young soldiers as an NCO in the Army & I have provided CAREER & ACADEMIC ADVICE to countless HE students
💠I used to teach Employment Skills to UG students; JOB SEARCH, CV CREATION/LINKEDIN PROFILE, COVER LETTER WRITING, & JOB INTERVIEW PREPARATION
💠I hold a postgraduate certificate in CAREER DEVELOPMENT
💠I'm a Registered Career Development Professional with the UK's CDI
