About Me
I currently deliver Career Guidance to secondary school students, discussing progression routes and providing support to pursue a fulfilling career. I also support adults, providing Employability Mentoring in the charity sector and work as a Neurodiversity Coach.I have a PG Certificate in Career Coaching from Birkbeck and additional ADHD coach training from Goldmind. I work collaboratively with students and clients by listening to their needs and empower them to reframe experiences, strengthen self-awareness, identify strengths, explore new careers and roles and set achievable career goals. For neurodivergent clients we explore differences around executive function including focus, working memory, planning, emotional regulation and energy conservation.
I also support anti-racism and am happy to work alongside students and clients from a variety of backgrounds.
