DfE launches Qualifications Reform Toolkit to explain alternative and technical qualifications
Following reform of level 2 and level 3 qualifications in 2024, the Department for Education’s Student and Sector Readiness team has produced a Qualifications Reform Toolkit that aims to explain the Alternative Academic Qualifications (AAQs) and reformed Technical Qualifications to teaching staff, learners, parents, careers and employers.
They are new AI-generated support videos to help explain what AAQs and reformed Technical Qualifications are in a clear and accessible way.
