The 2030 Strategy will guide the work of the Institute for the next five years and focuses on ‘Enhancing professionalism to drive the value of career development’. It builds on the research commissioned by the CDI in 2024 and carried out by iCeGS into qualifications and professionalism across the sector, and builds on the work to date in raising the profile of the profession among policymakers, the public and employers.
While the 2030 Strategy directs the work of the CDI, it also calls for everyone in the sector to play a role in championing the work of career development professionals, so join the webinar to hear how you can support the next evolution of the profession.
