She has developed a suite of innovative resources that are widely used by careers professionals across the UK to enhance their programmes, align with the Gatsby Benchmarks, and save valuable time. Based in London, Jess currently works as a Careers Advisor and Coach in two mainstream schools and one alternative provision setting.
Lauren Bugiel joined The Careers People to support the development of the newsletter and has since grown into the role of Business Manager. She now oversees the delivery of the newsletter, manages day-to-day operations behind the scenes, and leads the team of Careers Advisors across the organisation.
