Many games engender problem solving, remote collaboration, inventory making and the creation of digital assets. Yet gamers find it hard to share their game skills with employers, and employers hardly ever ask the question. Game Academy is addressing that problem, working with many young people not in education and employment, who are neurodiverse or SEND.
