About Me
I am a qualified Careers Advisor and practice as an Independent Careers Coach based in South Manchester supporting people of all ages in any sector with their decision-making and career related matters.
I have worked in the education sector with students for several years including supporting young people with special educational needs to seek employment and develop their employability skills. I am also a trained Volunteer Counsellor for Childline supporting children and young people in this role.
I practice as a Wellbeing Facilitator supporting organisations and their staff to take the time to consider and improve their wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. I deliver Wellbeing workshops in a range of sectors enabling individuals to reflect on their working practices and set goals to improve their focus, mood and productivity.
At the heart of what I do is to help and encourage others to feel positive and confident, empowering them to reach their own decisions and to feel valued and supported by those around them and their environment.
