About Me
I am a Level 6 qualified Careers Leader & Guidance Counsellor with 12 years’ experience in an educational setting. My current role includes running the Career’s department with line management duties, collating & producing a careers’ programme in compliance with the Gatsby Benchmarks, analysing data to highlight areas for improved provision & managing careers’ events.
I am a confident presenter, delivering assemblies and workshops to students, staff & parents. I am secure in my knowledge of Microsoft packages, Sims, Arbor & Evolve. My skills include an ability to network, to work independently or as part of a team, act on initiative & draw upon resilience to see projects to a successful conclusion.
