This session will aim to raise awareness of the main theories and research about stress. A simple model that can be used for coaching and problem solving will be introduced. The webinar will introduce a range of strategies and tips along with resources for further reading and investigation on this important topic.

The session will offer tips on how to support a range of applicants.
