QCF Level 6 Certificate in Career Leadership

This work-based qualification is essential training for those who are wither new to the career leadership role or wish to develop within the role. Successful completion meets the qualification requirement for the Directory of Registered Career Leaders.
 

Booking Deadline: Friday 11th October 2024
During training you will;
  • Identify the aims of Career Related Learning (CRL) and how this links to the overall aims of the organisation
  • Explore effective methods to design, deliver and evaluate CRL
  • Identify key stakeholders and partnerships
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies to enable you to secure resources and influence decision making
  • Consider the research base and professional standards relevant to the role
  • Learn to lead and manage continuous professional development to ensure quality delivery
  • Be able to promote CRL to colleagues, senior leaders and partners
  • Understand best practice in commissioning services, including personal career guidance services

You will be given guidance to support you in the development of your evidence.

Level 6 Certificate in Career Leadership is available as accredited and non-accredited training.  

Each unit will have the following training support:
  • Pre-reading materials
  • 1hr recorded webinar
  • Workbook to support your learning
  • 2 hours and 30 minutes live action learning set
  • 1-hour live meeting covering the assessment requirements for each unit
The live online sessions will be conducted on Teams and will be recorded so that you can refer to these in future.
