The new generation of career development professionals has a key role to play in the future of the career development sector. This conference will be of interest, relevance and value to students undertaking any of the qualifications accepted for the UK Register of Career Development Professionals.

It has been a very difficult time for everyone due to Covid-19. The way in which career development services are delivered has changed and our clients face a very different education, employment and training landscape.

It is clear that we all care about our clients and our sector. This Conference will focus on putting the Care into Careers, for our clients, our sector and ourselves as professionals.

We have a line-up of expert keynote speakers who will focus on:

  • professionalisation of the career development workforce;
  • career success and job satisfaction;
  • being the best career development professional you can be;
  • collaboration with others to support our clients and ourselves.

The workshop sessions offer additional opportunities to learn more about working in the different parts of the sector with young people, adults, employers ,clients who have learning difficulties and to learn more about delivering services virtually.

This conference is FREE to attend by any CDI Student Member studying any qualification accepted for the UK Register of Career Development Professionals.
