Chaos Theory of Careers : Counselling for Constant Change

This innovative approach to career development and coaching was developed to reflect the realities of a rapidly changing, complex and uncertain world. It takes into account chance events, opportunity awareness, resilience and the need for creative re-invention to remain relevant and viable in the face of constantly shifting requirements of the labour market. The day will include practical techniques to assist clients gain insights into how they respond to change and uncertainty, as well as coaching exercises, assessment tools and models of chaos-based counselling practice. This is a rare chance to attend a one-day workshop presented by the co-originator of the Chaos Theory of Careers, Professor Jim Bright.
