UK Career Development Awards 2022

Nominations now open: submit your entry by 5pm, Friday 17 December

The UK Career Development Awards are a high point in the CDI event calendar, when we recognise and celebrate excellence across the career development sector, in the UK and internationally.

Nominations are now open for the 2022 Awards, with eight categories being awarded:

  • Public sector Careers Adviser/Coach of the year
  • Private sector Careers Coach/Consultant of the year
  • Careers Leader of the year
  • Careers programme – pre-16 education
  • Careers programme – post 16 education
  • Innovative employer engagement activity
  • Use of technology in career development
  • Research by a career development practitioner

Nominations are encouraged from any student, member of affiliate member of the CDI. You can self-nominate or nominate others that you feel exemplify 'best in career development'.

This is your chance to be recognised for the amazing work you do, or praise a colleague, provider or partner who goes that extra mile in offering careers support or has made a significant contribution to furthering the career development profession.

Rodney Cox Lifetime Achievement Award

The Rodney Cox Lifetime Achievement Award is decided by the CDI Board.

We will be announcing the winners and celebrating their success at an awards ceremony next year - full details tbc.
