List of seminars and speakers
Each event is supported by a programme of at least 7 seminars, with London offering an amazing 14 different seminars.
Inclusive and inspiring career conversations
Ensuring that career policies, programmes and services are inclusive should always be a priority. It could be argued that enhancing equality and social inclusion is more important than ever. Issues such as automation, an aging population, digitalisation, the ‘gig economy’, and political instability shape the way organisations develop their workforce but must not get in the way of including all ages, abilities, genders and ethnicities in inspirational career conversations.
This is why the theme for the National Career Guidance Shows 2020 is “Inclusive and inspiring career conversations.” Careers advisers, leaders and development professionals are at the forefront of providing industry information to individuals. The National Career Guidance Shows celebrate this work and are amongst the most important dates in the calendar for practitioners to update their knowledge, so that the information they provide to their clients is accurate, comprehensive and indiscriminate.
200 stands
As well as over 200 stands across the series for visitors to network and receive free resources from, the National Career Guidance Shows also boast free CPD certified seminars and talks which are full of fresh ideas from industry leaders and experts in their field. CPD Certificates and an opportunity to talk to Claire Johnson, Professional Development Manager, about your own professional development, are provided by the CDI who support the series of events.
Speakers and exhibitors will be announced in the coming months, so register for your free ticket now and keep updated by following the events on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
The National Career Guidance Shows are organised by Prospects Events in partnership with CDI. The events are supported by the National Apprenticeship Service and Unifrog. NHS Health Education England will sponsor the Seminar Theatre at each event.
