There are a number of ways you can pay your membership subscription
- Visit your Members Area Outstanding Invoices page.
- BACS transfer: to the Career Development Institute at Lloyds Bank, Sort Code 30-98-21, Account 25337168
- Credit Card: Download, complete and return the Credit Card authorisation form to us. Alternatively, we can take card payments over the telephone - please call: 01384 445629 Mon-Fri 9-1pm /01384 376464 option 5
- Internet banking: Pay us direct from your PC if you are registered for internet banking with your bank. Please quote your invoice or membership number as the reference. CDI Bank details can be found at the bottom of this page, on any CDI invoice, or by calling 01384 376464.
- Direct Debit: see below for more information.
If you are a new member there is a one-off £25 administration fee that will be invoiced with your first membership fee.
We are a paperless organisation and request that all remittances are sent digitally to accounts@thecdi.net.
Direct Debit
Keep your membership up to date by Direct Debit and never miss a renewal.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit please contact lyn.burgess@thecdi.net who can send you the Direct Debit Link appropriate for your membership type and your membership expiry date.
Direct Debits will appear on your account as GoCardless, our Direct Debit platform. When payment plans are first set up or changed you will receive a notification for each one.
If you receive an email stating that your subscription has finished this relates to your DD payment for that year and not your membership with the CDI.
Paying by instalments
For an additional administration fee, we are able to offer a choice of Direct Debit instalment plans for Individual Membership and Registered Professional memberships only.

Further Information
If you are a new or returning member there may be a one-off £25 administration fee that will be invoiced with your initial annual membership fee.
Our terms relating to payment of amount are strictly 30 days.
You must include Invoice or Membership Number as payment reference - any payments supplied without this information are subject to allocation delays and potential lapsing of accounts.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue debts at 8% above bank rates under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
