What our learners say

  • Personally I have found the blended learning an excellent alternative and feel I have gained just as much in terms of learning and support as I have from previous face to face sessions in Birmingham. I can honestly say that the CDi have really stepped up to the plate to provide excellent training during these challenging times. Dionne Davis
  • I have been incredibly impressed by the quality of the training provided by the CDI. The trainers are helpful, supportive and have allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge, which will make me a better practitioner for my clients. I would highly recommend CDI training and am so pleased with the experiences I have had. Kate Perry
  • The CDI L6 Careers Guidance and Development course has been of great benefit to me and although a lot of work, it has been very enjoyable. The trainers are approachable and friendly and are experts in the careers sector - they have a huge depth of knowledge which they are happy to share. The course is very well organised with lots of communication so that you never feel isolated. Sarah Calvert
  • Thanks so much for two great days of guidance training (interview skills) - I really enjoyed it and learned so much.

CDI Courses - Response to Corona Virus outbreak

We have introduced new virtual learning  courses in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.  These provide the same high quality of training and support that is offered with our face to face training which we are continuing to offer.

We realise that the corona virus outbreak is causing much concern and we are monitoring developments closely and following advice from Public Health England. We are proceeding with our face to face learning programmes advertised below, subject to getting the minimum number of candidates required for the courses to be viable to run.   Should there be further lockdowns locally or nationally we will offer those learners on face to face training the option of delaying parts of the training affected or changing to virtual delivery.  Our aim is to minimise any disruption to learning and ensure you have a positive and enjoyable experience of training with the CDI.  Our highly experienced trainers and assessors will support you every step of the way.

We will continue to provide updates as new information is available but if you have any questions regarding future courses in the meantime please contact marion.edwards@thecdi.net
