Overview

The new generation of career development professionals have a key role to play in the future of the career development sector.

This Conference is designed to highlight the latest developments in the sector and is presented by a range of expert keynote speakers who are leaders in the field. The workshop sessions offer additional opportunities to learn about: practitioner research; career guidance in a small group; equality and inclusive practice; career guidance and well-being; careers of the future and the Talking Mats resource.

Supported by a small exhibition of sector providers and suppliers, the conference is a great networking opportunity too. You will meet students from across Scotland and learn more about the support provided by the CDI to its Scottish members and Registrants.

Audience

Full and part-time students undertaking the Post Graduate Diploma In Career Guidance and Development /Qualification in Career Development/ Qualification in Career Guidance and Development at Edinburgh Napier University and the University of the West of Scotland.

There are a maximum of 60 places for this event.

Cost

The event is free for QCD and QCGD students.
