This webinar will be presented by Pam Crawford, she is the new Project Associate (Scotland) for the Career Development Institute.

Overview

Measuring the impact of what we deliver as careers professionals is becoming an essential part of what we do and how we account for the value of our service.  This webinar will explore definitions and language around models of impact evaluation and encourage you to embed an 'impact evaluation mindset' when you shape strategy and plan projects. You will have the opportunity to consider how you measure the impact of projects you deliver and how you might use data available to you.

Speaker Bio

Pam is an experienced strategic manager within higher education who has managed projects and teams in relation to employability, careers and business engagement in Scotland. Pam also has a background in impact evaluation supporting organisations in the public sector to develop strategies to measure the impact of what they deliver and develop the tools to do so. In addition to her higher education and impact work, she is also a matrix Standard quality assessor for organisations delivering Information Advice and Guidance (IAG).  Pam’s career has been immersed in the development of employability and careers education, information, advice and guidance
